NPI for
Product Improvement
As a new product moves into manufacture our NPI Engineer uses a prescriptive NPI system to oversee the manufacturing process. Their role is to identify opportunities for process or product improvement, which we feed back to the customer for their consideration and possible incorporation in future product builds.
